College: John Jay College of Criminal Justice

Education Level: Senior

Career Interest: Security Management

I have lived in Indonesia and Australia and I love to travel the world when I can and I have visited many other countries in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. I like to cook, be in tropical climates and go on fun and even scary adventures. A few of my hobbies include spearfishing, rock climbing, fashion and photography. I would like to tap into my creative side more since I did not pursue a creative or arts degree in college. However, I do have personal projects that allow me to do so! I have been doing graphic design since I was 12, which started because of my interests in video games. When I was 14 I was actively creating design work for E-Sports teams at the time and ever since I have kept creating work for content creators in this industry. Throughout this journey I learned how to use Adobe Creative suite, Figma, Cinema4D and Blender and I am always looking to expand and share my knowledge. It is also one of the reasons that I look forward to doing UI/UX at Unadat! I am always looking for the next set of adventures and if you are too feel free to reach out to me!

What was your role?

UX/UI

What did you work on?

What was the impact of your project?
Working on Unadat’s UI/UX My goal is to make sure that I bring in helpful ideas and fixes in order to make the customer happy and have them come back to use the website regularly. I would love for my project to make a big difference in Unadat and hopefully these ideas can be implemented onto the final version of Unadat. Other than that i would also like to use Unadat for a personal UI/UX project of mine that I can showcase on my design portfolio with your approval! I would also like to offer my support on anything social media / design related for unadat if you are interested in that.
What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
What skills have you gained?
I definitely have benefited from Sean’s presentations especially when he talks about wire-framing and getting things done faster rather than taking too much time to perfect it. I will definitely be using this idea more often as I am usually a perfectionist and end up not doing things for my own personal projects as I want it to be perfect from the start rather than rolling things out slowly without having to perfect it from the start.
What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
I don`t think I`ve had a roadblock during the onboarding process, however if we are talking about in general it has to be just doing it. I say this because in the past I`m the type of person who would have a lot of ideas and dreams and never really act on it but now I am much more active in trying to make those goals and dreams come true.
