Myself Mukund Jain from civil engineering (1st year). But basically i have interest in technological world and want to explore more in it for that I always go through google You-Tube for gaining knowledge that what level goes up basically connection of computer and electrical world. For life lessons I started to read books. I believe in self development because it is important I think for success. I love coding. If i understand the problem i am capable to find the solution or to generate an idea which might solve the problem. I had seen Money Heist last 3 months ago and I learned many things from it, which I probably learn in next few years.

I`m making an idea that how UNADAT can enter in INDIAN market through technically.

What was the impact of your project?

For me, it`s a great impact as it forces me to think, to be more active for market knowledge and collection of data, learn many new things like communication skills to people.

What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

Better understanding, teamwork, management of work, sincerity involvement in project how to do research and collect data and many business tips.

What skills have you gained?

How to collect data, how to work in team means(teamwork) thinking in depth, understand the practical situation before start a new business, importance of communication skills and learn the importance to express your vision to others you have an idea but to explain others is also very important.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

Self underestimate, I always live in self doubt, I always think that can i do this or not, I didn`t have self trust which is very important to have trust on your own. I got motivation for no self underestimation now I believe in myself and now I can think limitless. This thing I think overcome and is very big and common problem in young mind.

How has company culture guided your work?

Company guided very well. They provide freedom to work to collect data research and also having meet with Sean Sir which make us confident and motivate to think more. He takes update regarding our work and according he guide us. For any company I think culture plays a vital role to get the success for that company so that`s very good in UNADAT.

What was your experience at Unadat?

My experience is awesome in UNADAT, I learn many things and gaining experience that how you can work for an organization, thinking level also extends and i also gain practical knowledge which is necessary for life. And Sean Sir also motivate us to think more widely and gives proper guidance and direction to think. He also give his own experience which might be helpful for us in future.

What was one big project you worked on during the internship? Can you walk me through the process?

I did no other project. I always give 100% to one direction because if we distribute our power in different direction we can`t complete any of the work properly.
