What was your role?

As a quant team, our objective is to develop a financial health score, which necessitates that we collect some data or learn more about how it was developed. We conducted extensive research on the CFBP, the Community Well-being Index, and the Financial Health Score. With the use of this knowledge, we were able to design our own input and output modules.

What did you work on?

What was the impact of your project?
The impact of this project is that It equips people with the knowledge and skills needed to manage money effectively. Improve your credit score and balances. Meeting all financial obligations. It gives you a good idea of your financial status and how to improve it.It reduces your overall stress levels. It also helps to handle any financial setbacks and to be on track to achieve life goals.
What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
I have learned We all trust each other’s capabilities and skills. At the same time, because trust allows us to be vulnerable without the fear that this vulnerability will be used against us, we also know each other’s weaknesses. We know where everyone’s expertise lies and what tasks we should not assign to team members.
What skills have you gained?
My research, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and technical abilities have all improved as a result of my internship.
What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
My challenge as a product manager is a dizzying amount of role switching. Superhero communicators, strategists, inventors, organizers, researchers, and many other skills are required of product managers. And they must change to the appropriate role at the appropriate moment. Having time management is the key and also not putting too much responsibility on myself.
How has company culture guided your work?
