I'm a senior computer science student at Hunter College with an underlying passion for healthcare that's driving my career trajectory. While coding and algorithms are fascinating, my heart lies in the intersection of technology and healthcare, where I aim to make a meaningful impact. Outside of academics, you'll often find me indulging in my hobbies—watching movies, playing sports, particularly basketball, and immersing myself in cinematic experiences like my favorite film, Everything Everywhere All at Once from A24.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The biggest roadblock I encountered during my internship at Unadat was communication challenges within the team. Initially, differing communication styles and unclear expectations led to misunderstandings and delays in project progress. To overcome this obstacle, I initiated regular team meetings to foster open dialogue, established clear communication channels, and encouraged feedback from all team members. By actively listening to concerns and implementing constructive feedback, we were able to improve communication efficiency, enhance collaboration, and ultimately overcome the roadblock to achieve our project goals.
How has company culture guided your work?
The open and collaborative culture at Unadat encouraged me to share ideas freely and work closely with team members, leading to more innovative solutions and a stronger sense of teamwork.

Do not hesitate to ask questions, seek mentorship, and actively engage with your peers. Remember that every experience, no matter how small, contributes to your professional development.
