I’m Amina Mamatkulova. I go to Baruch College and I’m a freshman there majoring in finance. In my free time I like reading and baking. I’m from Tajikistan and I’m fluent in three languages; Tajik(Persian), Russian, and English.
Created a shelter system pitch deck, made calls with shelter system representatives, created survey forms based on those calls, researched about businesses and financial aspects of them.
Created a pitch deck for users to interact and give feedback, created forms to work on the feeback and improve finacial aspects.

What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
I learned to be more collaborative and I improved my public speaking skills because I got inspired by my teammates. I also learned a bit about creative side of this company. I learned about media and how to manage that from my teammates.What skills have you gained?
I picked up many new skills while developing the skills i already had. Some of the skills I learned are researching, analyzing data specifically numbers, public speaking and I learned some media knowledge.What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The biggest roadblock I overcome was creating pitch decks slides. I was very confused on where to begin but after clarifying everything with my supervisor and my teammate and asking questions I overcame that roadblock. So communication was very important in this situation.How has company culture guided your work?
The collaboration and team work made my work very successful and fun. My work was very meaningful to me because it aligned with my interests.What was your experience at Unadat?
