What was the impact of your project?
What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
Everybody is different and everybody needs different way of working. Somebody needs constant control and tracking, while other needs one call during the week and thats it. Creating tickets for each teammate based on their personality is a key to productive work.What skills have you gained?
Using of Linear, creating tickets, keep track of work progress, organizing the work in this way. Team Communication among absolutely different persons, different teams and projects. Ive improved my time management skills.What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
Communication among the team. Sometimes you think your ideas would work better that ideas of your teammate and you learn how to present all the advantages of your ideas and how to work around any concerns. if its not working, you agree on others ideas, even though their ideas dont bring as mush result as your idea couldve bring, but at least your team is comfortable.How has company culture guided your work?
Ive felt like a valued team member, with opportunities to collaborate and learn. Thanks to Diversity value of Unadat, Ive tried myself as a PM and found my career path in it.What was your experience at Unadat?
