I am Byron Chen. I lived in Brooklyn since my early childhood. I am a CUNY Baruch student. I am an operations management and consulting major with a minor in communication study.

What was the impact of your project?

What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

First, I should communicate more often. Second, working in a team might make certain tasks be completed earlier with better results. Third, roadblocks can appear out of nowhere.

What skills have you gained?

First, communicting formally or at least semi-formally with teammates and others. Second, designing web pages with Figma. Third, collaborate with coworkers from a different department.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

My biggest roadblock is having to prepare for two presentations for school. I overcome it by relying on my teammate when I dont have much time. I made up for it when my teammate got sick one time.

How has company culture guided your work?

Since there is not a fixed work schedule, I do my work once I finish my school assignments. In addition, I did not communicate often with my coworkers because it is virtual work and everyones work is different.
