What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
From my teammates, Ive learned the importance of clear communication and how it can streamline our projects and reduce misunderstandings. Theyve also taught me the value of diverse perspectives in solving problems, showing me how different approaches can lead to innovative solutions. Additionally, their dedication and work ethic inspire me to be more diligent and committed to our shared goals.
What skills have you gained?
During my internship at Unadat, Ive picked up a wide range of valuable skills that are crucial for my development as a software engineer. Ive enhanced my problem-solving abilities by tackling complex issues during testing phases. Ive also become proficient in several programming languages and technologies, including JavaScript, PHP, CSS, and HTML. Additionally, Ive learned to use various commands and tools effectively, such as Git for version control. This diverse skill set has broadened my technical expertise and equipped me with the tools needed for a successful career in software engineering.
What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
One of the biggest roadblocks I overcame during my internship was the challenge of speaking up in meetings. Initially, I found it intimidating to voice my ideas in front of senior team members. However, I tackled this by preparing thoroughly for each meeting, which boosted my confidence and allowed me to contribute more effectively. At the same time, I also worked on my problem-solving skills, particularly with complex issues that arose during testing. By seeking guidance from experienced colleagues and utilizing structured approaches to break down problems, I gradually became more adept and confident in both communicating and solving complex challenges.
How has company culture guided your work?
The company culture really shapes my work—it encourages teamwork and innovation, which motivates me to constantly improve. Its great to work in an environment that aligns with my values and pushes everyone to do their best.

What advice would you give to future interns?
My advice to new interns is to see every challenge as a chance to learn. Ask lots of questions.
