Trust among team members is the foundation of effective teamwork

Biggest roadblock I’ve overcame is communication

Shared beliefs and values established by leaders and then communicated and reinforced through various methods, ultimately shaping employee perceptions, behaviors and understanding.

What was your experience at Unadat?

My experience with Unadat is positive. Unadat allows me to be creative with my ideas and I was able to express them freely. I did not feel like there was a barrier between my team and management.

What was one big project you worked on during the internship? Can you walk me through the process?

Chores function. We implement chores functions on the website where children and parents can negotiate about their kid’s chores. The parent can pay their child through Unadat base on chore completion.
