Hello everyone my name is Ryan Li and I'm a Senior at Baruch College majoring in Digital Marketing with a minor in Communication Studies. My goal as a marketer is to eventually become my own boss and to build my own businesses.

What was the impact of your project?

What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

Working alone can be effective at times but its important to consult your teammates as well. Multiple brains working on one task or assignment can lead to better results.

What skills have you gained?

I learned how to effectively create Instagram posts and stories and also creating pr statements for partnerships. Ive also enhanced my communication and research skills.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

The biggest roadblock I had to overcome was how to balance this work schedule and school schedule as this was a spring internship during the semester. I was able to overcome this because of my teammates they were able to assist me when I was the most busiest and vice versa.

How has company culture guided your work?

The company allowed me to work on myself as an individual and as a team member. I had more freedom when completing my tasks which allowed me to think more creatively and outside the box.

What advice would you give to future interns?

Dont be afraid to connect with fellow interns theyre not as scary as it may seem. Thats how I was first entering into this internship I was doing everything alone but I found it more enjoyable when I was collaborating with fellow interns and just chatting overall.
