What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
There are different skills set and struggles for each person but we become our very best by working together. I had a teammate who just declared a major to CS and no outside experiences. He struggled to understand the code that we saw. Over time, he got way better of understanding what the code was doing and help implement certain parts of the code.What skills have you gained?
Being able to communicate more efficiently to someone who knows the topic. We wanted to solve the issue ourselves just to learn but you can learn just as easily when someone shows you why something works the way it is.What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The start was very difficult as we followed ticket pdfs sheet very strictly and didn`t want to mess up the code. Only after a struggle for certain tickets, we decided to wonder off and see what each piece of code is doing and altering it, which allowed us to finish the product.How has company culture guided your work?
