What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
I have learned from my teammates how to be a better communicator and collaborator. My teammates were hardworking individuals that pushed to achieve the goals each week. My teammates taught me how to work in a team based environment.What skills have you gained?
The skills I picked up during the internship was collaboration, perseverance, communication, and leadership. Over the course of the internship I developed these skills throughout my day to day work. The internship helped me not only develop as an employee but as an individual.What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The biggest roadblock I had to overcome was being able to keep our group in the loop when many of us were asynchronous. This roadblock helped me become a better communicator. As one of the PMs I had to find ways to keep the group engaged and communicating.How has company culture guided your work?
The company has a great culture. They are very outgoing and encourage a unique work environment where there is flexibility and help is offered at any time.What was your experience at Unadat?
