What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

I`ve learned so much from my teammates at Unadat. They are all experts in their field, and they have been very generous with their knowledge. I`ve learned about different programming languages, software development methodologies, and the tech industry in general. I`ve also learned a lot about soft skills like teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.

What skills have you gained?

During my Unadat internship as a Product Manager, I acquired skills in market research, user-centered design, project management, communication, feature prioritization, prototyping, problem-solving, and market strategy. These skills have equipped me to effectively lead product development from conception to launch, considering user needs, business goals, and market trends. Also learnt Javascript, PHP and mysql.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

One of the biggest roadblocks I`ve overcome is imposter syndrome. I felt like I didn`t belong at Unadat because I was just an intern. However, my teammates were always encouraging and supportive, and they helped me to believe in myself. I also learned to ask for help when I needed it, which was a big help.

How has company culture guided your work?

The company culture at Unadat is very supportive and collaborative. I felt like I was part of the team from day one, and everyone was always willing to help me learn and grow. This made me feel confident in my work and motivated me to do my best.
