I have learned that teamwork really makes the dream work. I learned that I can depend on my team members to put in maximum effort. This is something I had trouble with before this internship.What skills have you gained?
I have picked up on Sprint planning. Week by week, I engaged in the process of planning projects for the coming week. Being a part of the planning process for the Roosevelt Island trip, allowed me to pick up on event planning.What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The biggest roadblock I have overcome was public speaking. Over time, during the demos I was able to speak without reading my notes. I was able to sound and feel confident.How has company culture guided your work?
