What was your role?

Worked on the B2B and the B2C portion of the company. We specifically worked on the hybrid landing page for the site.

What did you work on?

What was the impact of your project?
What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
I learned that communication is very important. When it comes to meeting times and delegating tasks, it`s sometimes better to overcommunicate than not at all. I was extremely grateful that my team and I had a good working dynamic and collaboration. Most importantly, I learned that we were all supportive of each other and always ensured everyone`s idea was heard.
What skills have you gained?
I`ve learned how to be more proficient in Canva and using Discord. I have also realized how important it is to research effectively and use multiple resources to ensure whatever you look up is beneficial.
What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
I think the biggest roadblock was not being able to physically be with our team members. Gratefully we overcame that by having team bonding and breaking the ice to understand each other`s strengths and weaknesses when it comes to projects.
How has company culture guided your work?
Personally I think it was well structured for a remote internship. Sean did a really great job making sure there was good communication to guide us on our projects. As well as have enough creative freedom to explore new ideas.
