What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

By working with teammates, I`ve learned many skills. One significant skill I`ve learned is using Figma to create UI design. Besides, I`ve learned some programming logistics and financial knowledge.

What skills have you gained?

Some soft and hard skills I picked up during the Unadat internship were communication, teamwork, and presentation, and I learned how to use Figma. Communication was an important skill for this online internship. Communicating with teammates and reaching out for help allows an efficient working environment. And the weekly demo gave everyone an opportunity to show their progress and improving their presentation skill.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

The biggest roadblock I`ve overcome is finding a new partner or people to work with when my partner left the internship program early. I was able to overcome the roadblock by contacting people from another team, understanding what they were doing, and trying to fit in their project.

How has company culture guided your work?

The company culture has guided me to be more productive as we can easily reach out for assistance when we need help. We also have several meetings in a week to ensure we are moving on the right track.
