What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

Something I learned from my teammates is that you have established clear communication with each other. Something else I learned from my teammate includes how to deliver an ideal document for other teams to implement. Lastly, working with my teammates has taught me it is important to prepare for a presentation beforehand.

What skills have you gained?

Some of the new skills that have picked up during my time at Unadat include organizing my document. It has allowed me to understand how to present a document more clearly to the audience from feedback. Another skill I learn is to work independently by establishing a clear objective for my teammate and I to work on.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

Some of the biggest roadblocks that I overcome for me is being tired during the day but overcome that roadblock by learning strategies to fall asleep. Another roadblock that I overcome is talking with my team. I overcome this roadblock by just unmuting myself and just talking.

How has company culture guided your work?

The company culture has given me great flexibility in working on projects in my hours. Additional the company culture also guide through work by asking a colleague for feedback on projects.

What was one big project you worked on during the internship? Can you walk me through the process?

What advice would you give to future interns?

My one piece of advice for the next crop of interns is just to talk to your group and supervisor. Don’t be afraid of asking for something or feedback.
