What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

From working with my teammates, I was able to better understand how a team work in a professional setting. I learned how to effectively communicate with my teammates. In addition, I learned that when working as a team, it allows more efficiency to completing the task successfully as each individuals would share out the differing ideas that could build upon one another’s.

What skills have you gained?

During Unadat’s internship, I’ve picked up several new skills while also further honing my already acquired skills. I was able to develop problem solving or critical thinking skills as our team had to find plausible solutions to adjust our project that might be off to the client’s liking. As for skill(s) that I strengthen after gaining more real life experiences, I would say that my communication and presentation skills has improved.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

The biggest roadblock I’ve overcome is speaking more comfortably when presenting in front of a large crowd. Public speaking has always remain to be not one of my greatest strengths, so being able to speak in demo and share our work/findings to the other team was a great accomplishment that I highly value. Practicing and reviewing my works has certainly been helpful as I familiarize myself with the materials I need to address.

How has company culture guided your work?

The inclusiveness and motivational aspects of the company made my working experience better. The company culture encourage me to be more productive when completing each week’s objectives.
