From my teammates I learned the importance of offering help, asking for help and accepting help as well.

What skills have you gained?

I learned how to use cloud shell and git commands. I learned new programming languages: PHP, CS, and JavaScript. I learned a lot about web development like how to communicate between the front and backend. I learned to use the Ajax function and append function as well. I learned to inspect the page and get the source code in order to match the style of the website. I learned how to check my code in both the front and backend, fix bugs, and check the type and value of the variables. I improved my leadership skills and also how to have better collaboration with team members.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

I would say the only roadblock was in the first week when our team was waiting for the backend response to continue with the task. I worked with the backend team to test the response and make sure it was the correct variable type and had the correct information.

How has company culture guided your work?

The culture of Unadat emphasized continuous learning and commitment to teamwork, which encouraged me to collaborate more with my teammates, exchange ideas and help each other with difficulties we were facing.The company prioritized maintaining a clear and supportive atmosphere and focused on continuous skill development.
