Worked on redesigning the landing page with a group of 7 people. Compared Unadat with similar companies to see how we could help improve Unadats website.

What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?

Communication is key and we`re always here for one another to help in any way we can. Everyone will not always be available and that`s okay.

What skills have you gained?

While working at the Unadat internship, I have picked up and improved on a variety of skills such as improving my communications and presentation skills. I had to keep in touch with all my teammates and look to them for guidance through the presentations we created together. I also developed my critical thinking and time management skills. We had deadlines every week and we had to figure how to break up the work into the three days we had time to do it which was both challenging and fun.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

The biggest roadblock would be when some teammates would be absent for the week because they had other plans that needed to be attended to. It wasn`t too bad though because they were still supporting us whenever they could and we would catch them up if they missed anything important.

How has company culture guided your work?

The company culture is very laid back so it made it easy to be open and get to know everyone.

What advice would you give to future interns?

You`re in good hands. Just try your best to enjoy and learn something from this internship, don`t worry too much as you`re just getting started like everyone else.
