What did you work on?

What was the impact of your project?
What did you learn or improve on from this internship or from your teammates?
During my internship, I learned a lot from my teammates. They showed me how to manage projects well, like breaking big tasks into smaller parts and planning out the work. They also taught me what pushing, pulling, committing, and deploying codes do. Furthermore, my teammates taught me not only technical stuff but also how to be better at working with others.
What skills have you gained?
During my time at Unadat, the new skills I picked up were : effective communication, problem-solving, and project management. I also got better at using computer tools. These skills made me more confident and ready for different jobs in the future.
What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?
The biggest roadblock I`ve overcome was understanding how cloudshell works. During the early weeks of the internship (about the first 3 weeks), I had trouble with understanding how to see changes on the website. I did not understand what pushing, pulling, committing, and deploying did. Upon hearing that many of my team understood how to do those already, I took initiative to ask. However, even though it was explained to me what each does, I still didn`t understand it. If you want to know how I overcame this even though I still didn`t understand it after asking, all I did was to continue to push myself. I pushed myself to try understanding what each of these does. I googled what pushing, pulling, and committing does, I used chat gpt to explain it to me, and I also pushed myself to ask my team members for a more detailed explanation (I stopped worrying about this because not all of us started this internship with the same level of working knowledge and since it`s also an internship, everyone is here to learn).
How has company culture guided your work?
The way the company does things has really influenced how I tackle my tasks. Their stress on working as a team and communicating well has shaped how I collaborate with my colleagues, which has made a positive difference in the results. Also, their dedication to always learning has motivated me to keep seeking new skills and knowledge while I work. Plus, the focus on talking openly made me feel comfortable sharing ideas and getting support when I needed it.
What was your experience at Unadat?
What was one big project you worked on during the internship? Can you walk me through the process?
What advice would you give to future interns?
My advice to the next group of interns is: be curious and eager to learn. If you`re unsure, don`t be afraid to ask questions. Also, if you want to make the most out of this internship, have some fun with your teammates by playing virtual games, talk more, spend more time in calls together to tackle the tasks.
