From my teammates, I`ve learned invaluable skills in version control using Git and programming in PHP. Their expertise and willingness to share knowledge have greatly improved my coding abilities and helped me grasp the intricacies of web development.

What skills have you gained?

During my Unadat internship, I`ve acquired new skills such as improved communication techniques and a deeper understanding of PHP for web development. These skills have not only enriched my technical proficiency but have also bolstered my ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

What was the biggest roadblock you've overcome?

The most significant challenge I faced was during the SQL onboarding phase. Despite collaborative efforts with my teammates to overcome the obstacle, we found ourselves struggling to make progress. We decided to pivot our approach – I focused on the functional aspects while my teammates tackled the SQL complexities. This division of tasks played to our strengths and enabled us to overcome the roadblock efficiently, ensuring the project moved forward successfully.

Company culture at Unadat has played a pivotal role in guiding my work. The emphasis on collaboration, open communication, and mutual support among teammates and supervisors has fostered an environment where I felt comfortable seeking guidance, sharing ideas, and taking on challenges together.
